Returns
If 60 days have gone by since your product was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund and we think that's fair. However, we would like to still hear from you at support@bioelementis.com. Yes, if you're not completely 100% satisfied with our product, we want to know about it. This let’s us know how we're doing and it helps us learn more to serve you better. We believe this is a foundation of great customer service.

To complete your return, look up your order by visiting our Order Lookup page, enter your email, Order Number, and press the Lookup button. Enter the relevant information.

Types of goods exempt from being returned are:
(a) Gift cards, and
(b) Memberships.

Refunds
Once your return is received we'll notify you by email and issue you a refund. Refunds are processed within a few days back to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same, look up your order by visiting our Order Lookup page, enter your email, Order Number, and press the Lookup button. Enter the relevant information.

Shipping Returns
When requested, return the product to: c/o BioElementis, Deer Park PO Box 25072, Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, T4R 2M2.

If the product being returned was damaged in shipping, is faulty or you were shipped the wrong product, we got you covered and BioElementis will cover the shipping charges to return the product.
