We wear many different hats in our day-to-day lives. We’re entrepreneurs, chefs, caregivers, parents, animal wranglers, friends, confidants, and so much more. Between work, family and everything else- there just isn't enough time in a day to do it all. In order to pack it all in, we tend to put our own well-being aside in favor of the well-being of those around us. Which is commendable, but not ideal. Self-care is absolutely essential to surviving life sanely.
